Please read these draw rules carefully. If you enter this draw, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1.The £5,000 moneyback (or local currency equivalent at the then ruling exchange rate) will be paid as a Credit Note to the customer that is shown on the invoice(s), no cash alternative will be offered. Under the terms of the draw, the Credit Note must be used in whole or in part before 31 December 2009. After this date the Credit Note and any balance outstanding thereon will be cancelled and will cease to have any effect.

2.To qualify for the prize draw all invoices due for payment on 31st December 2008 must be paid as follows: Bacs payments must be showing in the Stanley Security Operations Ltd bank account up to but no later than the morning of 2nd January 2009, cheque payments must be received at Stanley Office in Swindon at the address at the bottom of this leaflet by no later than 5th January 2009.

3. The draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, or delayed for whatever reason.

5. We reserve the right to amend the draw dates or withdraw the promotion at any time. Notice of any such amendment or withdrawal will be published on our websites at www.stanleysecurityproducts.com and co.uk

6. The winner of the prize draw will be published on the www.stanleysecurityproducts.com and co.uk websites unless the customer instructs us not to do so.

7. The Promoter of this draw is Stanley Security Products, a sales channel of Stanley Security Solutions, Stanley House,Bramble Road,Swindon, Wilts SN2 8ER.

8. The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into

9. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and the amended terms can be found on our website at www.stanleysecurityproducts.com and co.uk. Your participation in the draw will be deemed acceptance of any amended terms published in the websites from time to time.

10. This promotion is for one prize draw worth £5000 and limited to one prize draw entry per customer.
